We have been extensively providing gears to various fields ranging from the aviation industry, automobile, construction machinery and printing industry. To meet the needs of our customers, we will strive to ensure stable supply of various products ranging from general purpose gears to special gears requiring precision in microns by preparing thoroughly with the flexibly operating production facility and our engineering staff with many years of experience and skills.     Capable of high-precision grinding of internal gears.

    Despite thin walls and light weight special for motor sports use, high precision has been achieved by grinding.

    Capable of machining with a 5-axis machining center. Capable of machining spiral bevel gears and hypoid gears, too. Capable of manufacturing with customers’ 3D models as well as our Kikuchi Gear’s designing.

    Applied to robots, orthogonal axis reducers, machine tools, etc.
    External diameter (Φ)=100 mm or less, and module=0.5~3.
    With grinding, low noise can be achieved.
    We design and manufacture it to meet customers’ needs.

  • Zero Bevel Gear

    Applied to orthogonal axis products adverse to thrust force.
    External diameter (Φ)=100 mm or less, and module=0.5~3.
    Like spiral bevel gears, low noise can be achieved with grinding.
    We can design and manufacture it to meet customers’ needs.

  • Planetary gear reducer

    External dimensions: 90mm, reduction ratio: 3 to 100, we can also accommodate requests for mounting shapes.

  • Planetary gear reducer

    External dimensions: 50mm, reduction ratio: 3 to 100, we can also accommodate requests for mounting shapes.

  • Parallel Axis Reducer

    External dimensions=90 mm. Reducer: 1~
